Question: sometimes the left contact gets blurry when i blink, but goes away... i think glasses are better for vision but contacts are more for basketball. i have the contacts on, but sometimes it feels like i have no vision support like i jus woke up, but when i take them out i see the difference. hope u dont get confused on tht

contacts can be the most annoying things on the face of the planet. i think that you may need the extra moisture contacts bc i think you have the same problem that i had when i first got contacts. ive been wearing them for about 5 years now and at first it takes some getting use to. once your eyes become fully adjusted to them they will fit to your eyes much better. if you wear contacts that you dispose of monthly then by the end of the month your contacts will fit to your eyes perfectly and work great. but by that time its time to throw them out and put in your next months supply in. vicious cycle i know. if you have an astigmatism then your contacts will always feel uncomfortable unless your optometrist prescribes contacts especially for eyes with astigmatisms. best wishes and i hope that answers your question.

THere are "eye drops for contact lenses" at the store to help you

well, you're not supposed to sleep with your contacts in. if you accidentally fall asleep it's ok..but not the best. put some contact solution in your eye to moisten it..your eye is probably pretty dry. i love my contacts, but i know people who prefer their glasses.

I have contacts too, and its weird for the first few weeks. You will get used to it. Try dropping the solution in your contact, like one or two drops, and then placing it in your eye. Or, just get used to the random blurs, it happens sometimes. Good luck with your new sight! ?

I just got contacts too. This is my second time back, the first ones were too small for my cornea and the outside area of my vision was blurry so they gave me larger contacts and my eye feels much better. Did you say you slept in them? I wouldn't suggest it. Also, did they train you on how to take care of them and how to put them in and take them out? By law they can't let you leave without them teaching you that. The blur might be a bubble under the contact lense, make sure that you check it close in the mirror to make sure. They should keep fitting you for different ones until you get the right one. My doctor switched me over to silicone hydrogel lenses and they're much better. Well, good luck.

you'll get used to the occasional blurred vision. try drops. or it could also be protein build-up. check your lens solution. most brands would have protein remover.
