When you feel you need to, I guess. Take your glasses with you everywhere. If you have trouble seeing or reading something, put them on.

The minus generally indicates that you are Myopic (nearsighted)
The cylindrical value means that you're astigmatic (your eye is shaped like a football)
You should ideally be wearing you're glasses all the time, but your eyes will be particularly stressed if you don't wear them for distance activities.

As said earlier, you are a myopic or near-sighted. You should ideally wear your glasses all the time apart from the time when you are doing near work like reading and while sleeping.

Mild myopics like you usually need glasses only for distance vision (more than 6 feet) however since you have a cylindrical power in one eye, infrequent use can sometimes cause headaches and so for you it's better if you wear it all the time.

Your prescription is for distance tasks eg. TV, the board at school, cinema and driving (when you start)- just put them on whenever you have blurred vision. Wearing the glasses will not make your eyes lazy so wear as much as you like!

Whenever you want to see clearly.

It would be better if you don't wear them for reading. Wear them whenever you need them for distance.

During school, watching TV...

My rule of thumb is...If you can see better with them on, then wear them. People will say, "I only need them for distance.." but you don't realize that you are ALWAYS looking the distance. So, if you can avoid straining and squinting by wearing them, then why not just wear them?
