Eye contacts for a teenager?!
Question: I'm 13 i'm thinkin about getting contacts when I turn 14 I will be visiting the eye doctor soon I have glasses but I refuse to wear them.What are some good eye contacts?where do you buy them?and do they irritate your eyes badly?

I got contacts when I was 15. I suggest Acuvue contacts, either Hydraclear, Advance, or Oasys. You should ask your eye doctor which one is best for you, but definitely ask about Acuvue because they're contacts are comfortable all day long.:)
u usually buy them at the eyedoctor for ur first year becuz u usually get at a discount price. well i have the acudve (srry i can't spell well) advancwe hydraclear and astmiatism and it works so well. u should get those but when u do go 2 the eye doctor they will tell u the recomended brand. i also refused 2 wear my glasses until i got this hot new pair from lens crafters at the mall but i have contacts but i look good in both. do u should really ask ur eye doctor. and no they won't irratate ur eyes unless they have something in them which is a very rare occasion and u can usually get some drops for that like at walmart. the only downside to haveing them is when u forst get them for like the first not even 10 minutes u have 2 learn how 2 put them it but i learned faster than most ppl its just putting it in ur eye by the third day u'll be an expert. trust. me. its so easy. it will be amazing and u'll love it.
First of all, refusing to wear your glasses is completely immature--and you have to be MATURE to wear contact lenses. You have to be absolutely committed to CLEANLINESS, diligent about REMOVING them, and absolutely uncompromising about these commitments.
I got my first pair (hard lenses) in 1977, when I was 16, and I have now worn them for 30 years.
If you can't be mature about wearing the glasses you need, you are way too childish to successfully wear contact lenses.
You will just experience eye infection after eye infection.....and could go BLIND.
get Acuvue Oasys. those are by far the best ones i can think of for probably any pair of eyes.
