Oh, so it IS true!?!

Question: I just came back from the movies and I didn't bring my glasses along with me. I couldn't see anything at the screen! I strained my eyes, I got a headache now. I used to think that it's not true, so, lesson learned...
My question is, will what I did affect my prescription or my eyes somehow?

No, you can't harm you eyes from not wearing your glasses. But as you found out, you can waste the ticket money and get a headache into the bargain. Won't make that mistake again, will you? :)

nah,it wont affect your prescription cos you only did it the once.All you'll get is a sore head and eyes from straining.
