Question: How long does it take for them to get your glasses in? I ordered 2 pairs no antireflectant or anything. Just the normal glasses with my perscription and the frame. How long did it take for you to get yours in? The lady said 1 to 1&1/2 weeks. But I'm so inpatient!! I need my glasses ASAP!

You have to realize that JC penney Optical is a chain store...and the opticals are leased, not owned by Penney's. One of the companies leasing space is Luxottica, which owns Lenscrafters, Sears Optical, Pearl Vision, DOC Optics. Your order went to the same lab that handles jobs for most of these companies.
So, you are basically stuck until they get to processing your order, no matter how simple the prescription may be. Independent optical shops usually would get your glasses to you in anywhere from 1 hour to 3 days.
