Everyone's pupils are different. If you are having no visual problems, I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you're not unusually sensitive to the sun...no worries.
Your pupils also tend to get smaller as you get older.
If you have any problems, call or make an appointment with an eye doctor. Otherwise, just leave it alone.

Love

seems normal

u gotta go see da ophthalmologist

I think you should see an optician. It could be a medical problem.

its normal and if u have no vision problem u r fine but if u do soon see an eye doctor

What sort of light? In bright sunshine I expect they are very small. And very small pupils are a symptom of taking drugs like speed, so you can't win!

Do your eyes feel sore? And it might be something not serious but i'd check with an optomotrist. Perhaps your muscles are getting weaker and don't close as much. There's medicine for that, though.

i agree. it could be a serious medical condition. Consult w/ ur eye doc to figure out whats wrong.

maby u are stoned and u dont remember it

go to the docter and tell her/him what is going on with your pupils

Not at all, just based on light, they get bigger to let more light in, and smaller when you are in the light, same happens to everyone. You are very lucky actually, large pupils are actually a sign of being attractive to males, given two pictures of same girl, one with her pupils wider, nearly all males pick wider pupils, so there you go!!

its actually very attractive on a person. I wouldnt worry about it.

Are you taking any medication? If is normal for pupils to get bigger in the dark, but upon exposure to light, they should contract again. Does the light hurt your eyes? You might consider seing an eye doctor.

i have the exact same problem, i assume that on occasions when you wake up your eyes are very sensitive to light. They are dilated, which means the pupil wont change size properly, this usually comes with being short or long sighted such as myself.

So by posting this, I imagine this is your excuse.... OK had a spliff but I'll tell everyone - look it's cos I'm not stoned it's an issue!

Anyway - good luck either way ;-)

Iris

The colored part of the eye is called the iris. It controls light levels inside the eye similar to the aperture on a camera. The round opening in the center of the iris is called the pupil. The iris is embedded with tiny muscles that dilate (widen) and constrict (narrow) the pupil size.

You may have better vision in the dak than most

your eyes do that naturally! HELLO!!!!
