Bloodshot eyes constantly...?!

Question: Okay, so lately my eyes have been really bloodshot. All the time. Except in the morning, when I wake up my eyes are sore and are super bloodshot.
I don't wear glasses or contacts.
I use eye drops in the morning.
But, it still doesn't help too much.
Can any tell me at all about what is going on with my eyes?
I plan on going to the eye doctor after Christmas break.

You don't say what eye drops you are using but if you are using Visine or Clear Eyes or any similiar drops that say "get the red out" you could have rebound something which will, after using for more than 3 days or so, actually make your eyes worse and red. If you're using these drops - STOP IMMEDIATELY. If you want to use drops - which are only needed if you have dry eyes, for the most part - use drops such as Refresh, Genteal, or Systane (there are some other brands, too, but these are top ones) but most importantly none that say get the red out as they will make your eyes worse due to the vascoconstrictors.

Interesting...and you swear your not smoking someting in particular? j/k. I would recommend you going to an eye doctor about that. i have blue eyes too, but i dont think that has much of anything to do with your irritation unless you are albino? Hope it is not an infection!
