When I wake up in the morning, my eyes are crossed. WHY?!

Question: This has happened for the last two days, and I'm feeling a little dizzy during the day.

After I wake up, 4 to 5 minutes later, my eyes are back to normal. I wear contacts during the day. I'm 15 years old.

Hi;
Do not worry first but there could be some kind of intracranial pressure uprising that can cause this. So I recommend you to go to a doctor and have a cranial MRI.

It sounds as if while sleeping the muscles relax , then it takes a few minutes for them to go back to work.

But no matter what, you need to see and OPHTHALMOLOGIST.
