wet your eyeball with the drops.

place the lens on your fingertip

hold your eyelid open with your free hand

tilt your head back and gently place fingertip with lens
onto eyeball

resist the urge to blink

take your eyelid that is still help open and streatch it out over the eyeball and down until the eye is closed

gently tap the closed eyelid to form the seal.

gently open eye. it should work.

make syre eyeball is nice and wet though.

just keep practicing.... if u keep blinking, use 2 fingers (such as thumb and forefinger) from the same hand to hold ur eye open

That's a common problem. You just need to relax before you do it. Hold the contact on your fore-finger and then pull up on your upper lid with the middle finger of your opposite hand, and pull the lower lid down with the middle finger of the hand the contact is on. Holding your lids should keep you from blinking too much. It's going to take some time to get it, but once you do it'll be a breeze.

Good Luck!!

Place the contact lens on the tip of your index or middle finger. With the fingers and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward. Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink. For all details, information and remedies about contacts check out http://use-contactlens.blogspot.com/
