Is this pink eye?!
Question: My 2 year old son woke up this morning, rubbing his eyes. He had a little, tiny bit of crusties. Now, it's 5 hours later, and for the last couple of hours, he's had green stuff coming out of both eyes. His eyes are not red, puffy, swollen or bloodshot. He doesn't seem to be itching his eyes, but that green stuff comes as fast as I can wipe it out. He does seem to have a bit of a cold, a little runny nose and occasional cough.
Does this sound like pink eye, or could his cold have settled in his eyes?

yes, that's exactly what it sounds like. he probably rubbed his snot into is eye which can cause the infection (this was my doctor's speculation since my daughter had a runny nose already and was constantly rubbing her nose with the back of her hand and getting snot near her eyes.). my daughter is 18 months and had the exact same thing a couple of months ago. she didn't have swelling or redness, but she did have the eye goo. the dr just gave her a prescription for an antibiotic and it went away quickly.
Take him to go see a doc or go to a quick clinic
The discharge is a good sign of pink eye

if his eyes are not pink it's probably not pink eye. get it checked out though.
If it is not red or bloodshot, then it is probably NOT pink eye.
call a doc. if it has green stuff coming out., thats some type of an eye infection.
Um I dont know but green stuff is not normal take him to the doctor immediately I dont even know why ur wasting time on the computer!!!!!!!!!! GO NOW!
I wouldn't say it's pink eye, but I'm not a Doctor, it kinda sounds like cold in his eyes, and since he is sick, that could be it.
Try taking him to the Doctor.
my brother had that and it turned out to be a minor case of pink eye so i suggest you call your doctor to make sure its nothing serious
This is not the place for free medical advice. IF it is pink eye, the kid needs medical attention. It is also contagious so you may have it by now, also. Stop reading this and get him to the doctor.

The best solution is to take him to the doctor and get a professional diagnosis. Let the doctor tell you what it is for sure.
