I can't see my computer screen if my eyes are about 30 cm away?!

I usually have -1.50 prescription on both eyes and -0.50 cylindrical in my left eye. Usually I can see the screen even from 50 cm away, but I need to see them closer now. When I see a writing about 6 feet away from me, I can't read it at all, even though usually I can read it with a light blur. I rarely wear my glasses because I think it's just a small prescription.
It has been like this in a few days now. What's wrong??
I can't get a new glasses or visit the optician, I just got my glasses about three months ago!

I would go see your eye doctor. You might have gotten a wrong prescription.
