Does Rebuild Your Vision program improve your eyesight?!

Question: I want to improve my eyesight so bad. And I found out about this program, Rebuild Your Vision can actually improve your eyesight and there are successful stories from people who used this program to improve their eyesight. But other people said it is a scam but I don't know if it works or not. I want to know if it is working or just a scam? Thanks so much!

I have personal experience with this program. I started to do the eye exercises sometime ago... and I have a blog where I have been recording my progress. You can check it out here:

My experience is that there has been some improvement in my focusing and definite improvement in how relaxed my eyes feel...

However, despite my small improvement, I have not been doing the exercises consistently... and I am sure that I have therefore negated the positive effects of doing the eye exercises.

My advice would be to go ahead an invest in the program - http://www.improvingmyeyesight.com/rebui...

The way I look at it is that you have a 1 YEAR money back guarantee

There is also another program that has been highly rated - http://improvingmyeyesight.com/program_f...

Hope this helps... and good luck

... If you do get the program, please share you story on my blog....

I've never heard of this particular company, but similar "exercise programs" for eyesight have been around for decades, and as you may have noticed, people still have bad eyes. Yes, it's a scam. There are certainly eye exercises you can do to reduce the discomfort of eyestrain, which your optometrist can advise you about free of charge. But refractive errors cannot be corrected with exercise.

I checked out that program and it appears to be just a scam. Don't waste your money.

That all depends on why your eyesight is problematic. If you have convergence insufficiency or other problem that is related to your eye muscles, it might be possible to have them corrected via a computer aided vision program. However, if your eyesight is bad due to myopia/hyperopia/etc, the program will not be helpful. This is because the problem has to do with the size of your eye, which can't be changed via exercise. The only way to know the answer to that is through an eye exam.
