Color contacts?!
Question: wow this is probably like..the billionth question about colored contact lenses today..so sorry for that lol. ok so i have a prescription and i wear normal contact lens. my eye doctor/contact lens specialist provides them for me. and i wanted to try on violet colored contacts. i know that because i have black hair, deep brown eyes, and medium-toned/tan skin, a light eye color wouldn't look that good on me. so if i already have dark colored eyes and i put violet contact lenses, will it show up to be a dark violet color?

I think the contacts would look a darker shade of violet when you put them on..but they shouldn't make that much of a difference really. I wear blue contacts and have dark brown eyes, which make the blue contacts a little darker, but they still look great!.

No, if you use an opaque iris lense thay will not be affected by your natural eye colour.
It would show up black or really dark brown. My friend tried blue contacts on her brown eyes and it appeared black.
if they are dark violet they may make your eyes look black but if is a light violet it probably look alright hope i helped
With light color eyes, the dark Violet will show up better and look good on you
Yes it would. I have dark eyes and I tried on the violet contacts I looked hot. They looked really good.
