Melanin is involved in eye color. This is a pigment responsible for the color of our skin and eyes. When babies are born, their eyes are either really light (bluish) or really dark (black). Somehow, the light-skinned babies aren't producing much melanin... and their skin and eyes can darken, generally up to the age of 3 years as their bodies begin churning out more of the pigment. I'm an example of this, too. My hair was WHITE until I got a little older, now it's a medium blond. My eyes did stay blue, however. :) Hope this helps.

Sounds like your eyes are hazel not blue or green. Do they change back to green? My parents eyes are hazel and change from blue to green. Mine change from brown to green. Often it depends on what color clothing you're wearing.

I had the same thing! My eyes were blue for the first few years of my life but are definitely hazel now (which is what yours sound like they are). Not sure why it happens but babies often come out with blue eyes and they change... I think the hazel eyes are even prettier and more unique!
