What should i do to prevent my contacts from falling out?!

They wont fall out.. It's as simple as that. They are suctioned onto your eyes. If you go in a pool, close your eyes if you go under water. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
you can't swim in a pool because the chlorine makes them dry up and pop out. (mine anyway) But I have successfully swam in the ocean (salt water- like saline solution) with no problem. No, they can't melt. Mine haven't come off on a roller coaster either. There is a new brand of Acuvue's that have minimal slippage. I love mine-- no problems whatsoever.
