How do you get rid of a sty?!

Question: I have one on my left eye, and it is SO irritating. Any house hold methods to get rid of it?? Thanks. =)

apply a hot flannel as hot as you can stand this will help draw it out or if you can see which eyelash it is under pluck that lash out

You go over the counter pharmacy and get a med called sty
If it doesnt get better in two days go to the doctor

When I worked for an ophthalmologist, he would recommend warm compresses and scrubbing the lid with a Q-tip and baby soap (no more tears formula). Also, make sure your make-up isn't old. It is recommended that after 3 months you throw it away. Since you already have a sty, you should probably get new make-up. If it is really bad, you will need to see the ophthalmologist to have it taken care of (possibly lanced).
