According to the info I found it's not that Adderall causes these problems... you are not supposed to take Adderall if you already have these conditions, because Adderall aggravates and can even worsen blood vessel- related diseases like glaucoma, etc., etc.

Heart and blood vessel diseases e.g., irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, angina, heart failure, cardiomyopathy and high pressure in the eyes (glaucoma).

As far as it "bringing out" an underlying condition, I have an opinion, but I don't know enough about Adderall to answer that correctly, and I would hate for you to be misinformed....sorry. I would ask a doctor about that.
