How do YOU get contact lenses in and out??????!

Question: Please help!

Answers: Please help!

The first persons was right, but I do it a little differently. I look up when I am putting the contact in and then blink a couple of times to get it into place. I cannot directly put it over my cornea. Try looking up or to the side and then carefully blink. When I take them I out I look up and pull them down a little and very lightly pinch it to get a grip and then it comes out.

IN: Clean em of course, use one hand to open your eyes wide. Look straight ahead. Use the other hand and put the contact on your pointer finger and push it onto your eye. Keep your eye looking straight ahead and open for about 5 seconds.

OUT: Use a hand to keep your eye open, look straight ahead. Use your other hand to grasp the edges of the contact.

It takes awhile getting used to.

Much the same as Alisha's answer but I find when putting them in if you place the lens on the middle finger of your right hand, use your left hand to keep your right upper eyelid open and use your index finger on your right hand to keep your lower eyelid open whilst looking straight ahead, they are easier to get in! (Sounds complicated but it's not honestly) And obviously swap it round for the left eye.

Taking out is far easier! If taking from the right eye look towards your nose whilst doing this gently pull the lens to the far corner of your eye then gently pinch out the lens! Left eye... look towards your nose... pull to corner... pinch... Then start the cleaning process once you've put your glasses back on. (The last part is strongly advised when you've been out on the sauce! LOL!)
