I just gently pinch them out.
To avoid stabbing your eye with your finger nails I suggest you cut them before you do this.

Hope it helps!

I used to hold my eyelid open and roll my eye left or right and they popped out. Kinda catch the edge on the eyelid. Keep your hands clean. You don't want to get an eye infection.

If you get contacts, you will be instructed on how to put them in and take them out. My doctor gave me a video to view before I got them and his staff worked with me when they came in.

I was a little clumsy the first few days, but it became easy. Everyone seems to have an occasional day when they are all butterfingers, usually when in a hurry.

I got my first set when I was 60. I am 62 now. I enjoy wearing them. I wore glasses for 20 years. I never could get used to something sitting on my nose and ears.

With contacts you do not have to worry about rain or snow messing up your vision or where to put the case. If you scratch the lens of your glasses or they get lost, you are stuck. With contacts, you just put in a new one.

It's not hard at all. I just stand in front of a mirror, look up, and pull my bottom eyelid down with my middle finger. With my thumb and index finger I pinch the bottom of the lens and just pull it out. It's not hard at all!
