Borax solutions for eyes. Ask at your pharmacist. There used to be an eye wash by B&L called Soothing Collyrium for Fresh Eyes. Do not know if they make it any more. But a borax solution is the same. It will soothe your eyes. And of course sleep.
Visine etc have incredients that your eyes get used to and neovasclularization occurs, meaning more red vains in the eye as the eye is trying to get more oxygen.
Reduce eye make up or get non allergenic.
Get an Ophthalmologist eye exam.
