My contacts didn't hurt at all when I first got them. They'll feel funny at first but you shouldn't have any pain or unbearable discomfort with them.

When you first put them on yours eyes may water a bit just from having something touch them, but it'll pass quickly. The only way you'll feel anything comparible to a hair in your eye is if there is a small scratch or tear in the contact, something is stuck to the contact, or maybe if you put them in inside out. Other than that you'll be fine.

Hope this helps. :-)

Not so much a question of "pain" as it is a question of possible discomfort (until you get used to it)..

No, I wear contacts and they do not hurt your eyes! They only hurt or feel uncomfortable when they are ripped or have something(like make-up) on them!

they might feel weird the first day you get them but they wont hurt

sumtimes their watery but they dont hurt

it really depends on how sensitive your eyes are. if your eyes are sensitive then the contacts may hurt a bit the first time you put them on but other then that they do not hurt at all.you can feel the contact on your eye the first few days you wear them. When you first get them on, it will feel really wet...like someone is dropping water into your eye...and then ta dah! clear vision!

Each person reacts differently. It also depends on the type of contact. Go to an Ophthalmologist (a medical doctor) not an Optometrist.
You need a fitting with a real doctor, then it should not hurt at all. You may tear alot but you should feel no pain.

Do it only to correct your vision not for vanity.
Good Luck

Well for me, it hurted. CAuse like ur putting something in ur eye and the solution kinda made it sting. Cause ur nawt use to putting somethig on your eye so it may hurt. Well my eyes were like red by the time i had my contacts on >,<
I dont really know how to explain waht it felt liek but it was watery i guess cause water/tears kept coming outta my eyes. But eventulayy you'll get used to it. I guess it sorta felt like there was sumthing in ur eye?
