What is the proper way to clean your eyeglasses?!
Question: Dish Soap?
Paper Towel?
Answers: Dish Soap?
Paper Towel?
buy a cleaning spray from you'r optician and use a soft cloth
go to your eye doctor and ask for cleaner. otherwise use windex
take it to the eye doctor..
and have them clean it for you
i think they do it for free or loww cost
my optometrist told me to just use dish soap and warm water & dry with a paper towel. ive never used anything else
i agree with ron... no tissue, paper towels etc though. these are made from wood... what happens when you rub wood across glass or lens material? you get tiny hairline type scratches and over time its a pain to see through. a soft cotton cloth that is tightly woven... you can get from the optical department almost anywhere is the best with some type of special lens cleaning solution or water and dish soap... do not use windex!!! if you have any type of coatings on your lenses this will help eat them off faster than just tissue etc.
