Correcting vision?!

Question: Is it possible to correct your vision, whether long or short sighted?

Seen this link http://www.rebuildyourvision.com/webpage... seems like rubbish to me, any professional opinions?

Eye exercises do not correct refractive error. Period. It would be fraudulent for anyone to suggest they do. There are uses for eye exercises but they cannot correct longsight or shortsight. It's a physical impossibility. Your eye is not a muscle, it is an organ. Its shape decides your visual acuity. That shape can ONLY be altered by surgery. Or, refractive error can be corrected (temporarily - while being worn) with glasses or contacts.

Well eye excercise do kind of improve vision and make the eye stronger but most of the other stuff is a load of rubbish and cheap fake crap.

with like lasic surgery stuff yeah. or glasses or contacts

well laser treatment works anyway. i had lasik done 3 weeks ago, and i had really bad eyesight (very shortsighted) and now i have better than 20/20. if you are thinking of having it done i would really recommend it

try this simple execise may seem funny try for one week n see the results
sit somewhere outdoors, good if its open and green like grass or trees around, now concentrate on the nearest object like your finger or thumb for 15 seconds and then suddenly try to concentrate on the farthest thing you can see in the same line like a distant building again concentrate for 15 seconds, try for five minutes.this is the best workout for your eyes dear

Chovhani is correct, you cannot get rid of a refractive error with exercises. The eye contains muscles that focus the eye but they cannot be trained to focus the eyes so much that you can correct a refractive error.
It would be nice but it's impossible- sorry!
