Super dry eyes...?!
Question: I went to the eye doc today because my eyes have been really red in the morning, and in the evenings..(really bloodshot)I had a previous doctor prescribe drops in the past, but no help!!
Todays eye doc suggested that she use these plugs to semi block the drainage of my tears..She says will keep my eyes lubricated alot longer. Have any of you done this or heard of this before? Does it work?

Yes, it's a standard treatment.
You can have temporary collagen ones which last about a week as a trial, before committing to a more permanent fix if it gives you the benefit you're hoping for.

i did it to some patients , non liked it
they prefer the constant use of eye drops [ artificial tears ] and some liked the new restasis although it burns like hell .
