Swolen eyelid?!

Question: I have several questions about my eyes this morning, since I woke up this morning with some crazy things going on.

First up is the swollen eyelid thing. I noticed this morning that the left corner of my lower eyelid on my left eye is a little puffy and sore. Is there any way to make this go down?

Second on the list; I didn't sleep well last night, and this morning I saw that I have lines under my eyes. Is there any way to make these go away with household items, and by 6 o' clock Central Time?

hi, it sounds like a sty, you can get them if your stressed or it an eyelash pore gets blocked- i know this sounds strange put pinch your fingers around the nearest eyelashes to the pain and tug at them, if its a eyelash pore blocked then the eyelash will come out and the sty might go down. Sometimes this wont work and it will just go down in its own time- put dont worry its nothing serious. The lines are obviously from not sleeping well- just try and cover them up with concealer, ive heard you can use hemeroid cream on stuff like that, but i can gladly say i dont have experience in that area so dont know-lol. Try a good moistuiser that should work. hope this helps x

Use a cool wash cloth over your eyes. The puffy soreness could be from a little irritation of an eye lash. Also could be an allergy. Also take a little nap if possible.

Odds are you have an eye infection or something. In the mean time try to find an Optometrist that is open on Sat, if not put a cool compress on it and take some Advil or some type of anti inflamatory. As for the dark lines under your eyes. The compress should help but sleep and drinking pleanty of water is the only way to get rid of them. Avoid putting makeup on your eyes, because if you do have an infection you will have to throw it away once you get treatment or it will come back.
