There's nothing you can do about the CVS without stopping the constant computer and TV usage. You can fix the circles, but the real problem which is with your eyes is unfixable by anything else. Even a doctor would tell you this. Since you're not willing to completely stop, have you considered cutting WAY back, and trying to sit farther away from the TV or computer to rest your eyes.

out a spoon in the freezer for a while, then massage it under your dark circles. it has been helping me, and i do it often.

if that doesnt work fast enough for you, you can always go out and buy some cream from a beauty shop

cucumber slices over the eyes

sleep more, visit doc

put patrolaum jelly under your eyes at night before you go to bed. That always works..I spend alot on time on the pc

Sometimes I get that. Just make sure you don't stay up in the night like.. past midnight. It's mostly about the sleep so just one don't hold yourself up and two get some good sleep. If you can get as much sleep or sleep as good as your gaming, you should improve.

i heard that placing teabags on your eyes may help. I guess this is something you have to live with. All the people I know who works with computers have dark circles below their eyes -- including myself :( I try to put on eyecream and even went to a dermatologist -- the dermatologist gave me skin brightening cream. Most people just try not to look at their monitor for too long -- i.e. look away every once in a while when you're thinking. Also try using a wallpaper that has lots of greens, make sure you wipe away the dust from your monitor, and get a bigger LCD monitor to start with -- my two cents ;)

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes.
