What contacts would you suggest?!

Question: I've been wearing Acuvue2 lenes for the past couple of years, their okay but sometimes get kinda dry (rewetting or eyedrops prior to insertation doesn't help for long). My prescription is strong ( -8.5) so I usually wear them around 12 to 16 hours a day. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions that I could try.

I LOVE my Acuvue Oasys. They are great for dry eyes. Mine don't start feeling dry until I've worn them for at least 14 hours!

I'm a -8.0 and use Ultraflex 55, very comfortable after 12 hours. They're also sold under the name Biomedics 55.

Any contacts that say they help your eyes stay moist will help. Eye drops for adding moisture while wearing your contacts may also help you out. Most of them can be used 3-4 times a day, and some brands say as often as necessary.
