COSTCO!!! WAY less expensive than anywhere else. They even have designer frames. If you don't have a card go with someone who does. I have very serious eye problems and the best glasses I have ever had have come from Costco, ditto for my son. Costco glasses were rated very high by Consumers Reports also.

Call--you may not need a card for the optometric department.

Also check out friends, co-workers, and relatives to see if they have some very good condition frames they aren't using any more.
Good Luck! (if you do find a frame elsewhere) they also have great lens prices and only charge a very small fee for putting lenses in a frame that didn't come from them.

Try Walmart or Sears

Target

SEARS

specsavers have some nice designer frames i bought two pairs for very cheap on a buy one get one free

Costco Wholesale. They have an eye center there.

They are cheaper than Lens Crafters, Walmart, and Sears combined.

I think Hoby Lobby!!
they have a person in the back that can even help make you a costom frame if you don't already see something you like.

no Walmart is expencive my brother has glasses and uses ForEyes they're great and have a lots of sales and warrenties.

Walmart has designer frames very reasonable

I bought some frames off Ebay. They were $ 36.00

They were "New York Diary"

They only issue you may find is that some places will not put in lenses, unless you bought the frames from them. So call around and ask places if you can purchase just lenses.

I live in a small town - Walmart and Sears seem to be the best choices in my town (Sears often has coupons on deals for eye glasses deals). I see advertisements on TV all the time for $69.00 eye exam andf glasses. Good Luck, remember you only have one set of eyes, a few extra dollars may be worth it.

Amazon or maybe there will be an auction on Ebay. I dont know your range or if there is a Today's Vision in California (everything is expensive in cali!) but they have great frames for under $100. Or mayber try Pearle Vision...I just found some Prada frames online for $45.

Another thing you could do is find some shades...all you have to do is pop out the lenses and let them replace them with the ones you need...that might be a cheaper alternative especially if you have some shades you already like.
