Eyestrain remedies?!


Question: I do a lot of reading and computer work for work and school. I also wear glasses.
I take breaks and do the re-focusing exercises and stuff but I find that my vision (near, far, night) isn't as good as it was only a few years ago.
Suggestions?

palming works really well for me, you basically rub your hands togeather and place them over your eyes for at LEAST 5 minutes. You'll notice the burning goes away pretty quick and your eyes feel way more comfortable

also try alternating hot and cold splashes on your closed eyes about 10 times each eye. Back and fourth, so hot then cold, I like to finish off with cold but the choice is yours
