Probably not. It would be extremely dangerous and there is a big probability you would loose your eyesight. I dont think any doctor would take on such a dangerous procedure just to look different. Might as well buy colored lenses, cheaper and almost no risk at all.

Some people experience eye color can change over time because of age. It does so for about 10% of population.
