They help keep your eyes in good condition. will they make it so you don't need glasses...not a chance. they also help you to see better at night.
Carrots won't help an already bad visual problem. They contain vitamin A and beta-carotene which maintains good eyesight.
They have shown that the vitamins in carrots are beneficial to eyesight but not as much as spinach.
They can help maintain the eyesight that you have. But they can't improve eyesight, though, sadly.
