My eye wont stop Twitching?!

It could be because of a vitamin deficiency, lack of sleep or just a random event. Try sleeping and taking your vitamins. Eye twitching can also be a sign of serious problems, so if it keeps at it or you have other symptoms, get to a doctor.
I think it's probably you need to sleep. Try to relax.

have you been lying all day? or hiding somthing? that is how police officers tell if a person is lying with out a lie dector test.

i get that sometimes and sleeping helps, its probably just a lazy eye.
Stop drinking caffeine if you have, that usually happens to me if I've had a lot. It could be stress, just try to relax. If all else fails, ask your doctor.
did something scare you terribly or freak you out? lol. Its normal it should have stopped by morning. if not go see a doctor
Try your best not to focus on somthing too long, usually your eye will twitch when it has been under stress for too long.
Do your best to relax your eye and the twitching should stop.
I wish mine would do that, but just freeze some flannel (like a sheet or pajamas material) then put it on your eye and go to sleep, if that doesn't help you just need to see a doctor.
This is the same problem that happened to my cousin. You may be experiencing some allergic reaction. You should check your surroundings to see if their is anyting present that you are allergic to. And if not I suggest rinsing your eye out with cold water.

This happened to me before. I didn't go to the eye Dr when it happened but I brought it up at my next check up. He told me that I strained a muscle in my eyelid and it happens to people all the time. It can take a long time to heal because you always use your eyes, so it's hard for you eye muscles to rest.
i asked this question earlier! my responses were like of vitamins and sleep. my left eye was twitching last night and this monring. now its my right eye.. good luck
Could be stress. I often twitch when I am under stress.
