Glasses are better for your eyes, but contacts are nice till you can afford lasic
contacts are better, because they allow you to see a range of things, rather than one little view.
but i would keep your glasses too. they will come in handy for the times you dont want to wear the contacts.
also, with contacts, it keeps your eye level more steady. i have had contacts for four years, and my perscription has changed once.
Contacts will be better. As ur degree is low, hence it is really up to u to see when u want to wear spect or contacts. contacts are the second best as compared to Lasik surgey
Which is better depends on what criteria you are using. Contact lenses are better because they give you less eye-strain and you don't have to worry about running in them or being out in the sun with metal frames (a few times bright sunlight has reflected off the frames and temporarily burned an after-image of the rims into my eyes - takes hours to get rid)
On the other hand, even with excellent hygiene, contacts means you pretty much having to stick a finger in each eye every time you put them in, and build-up of proteins on the lens.
I use monthly disposables, which means that I put them in, and leave them there for a month - then just throw them away.
The work out more expensive than normal contacts, but I've always had problems putting them in, and they're sooo much nicer than specs (which I hate!)
