How long should I avoid contacts if i have dry eyes?!

Question: I have read that wearing contact for a long time, 15 years in my case, can reduce corneal sensation that leads to dry eyes. If that is the case, how long should one go without contacts in order to give your eyes adequate time to heal?

It really depends on ur eye sight. Sum people can heal very fast. Mostly recommends for at least few months without contacts.
