Spots on the whites of eyes?!

Question: Hi, ever since I was really little I've had these grey spots/blobs on the whites of my eyes. Not just one but a lot. They're not obvious until I point them out. Supposedly they've tried giving me medication when I was like 3 years old but nothing worked. I've also seen a few other people (strangers) with the same thing. What is it?? It's been bothering me my whole life. Not that it effects my vision. So is it just a birth mark? Or something more?

It sounds like you have conjunctival melanosis - ie fine pigment in the membrane on the white of your eye. Sometimes they can be quite heavily pigmented and appear dark brown.

Nothing to worry about and nothing to do about. Just go see an ophthalmologist if they change colour or increase in size.

my mom has them, she always told me they were birth marks.

probably a birth mark!!!!

have you ever overdosed or drank way to much?

sign of liver damage!/usually yellowish however
