There's something in my eye!?!
Question: Alright something's been wrong with my eye for a couple of days and it felt like an eyelash was in it, I go looking for it today and I see something like a black dot in my eyelid. I was wondering could it be a cyst? Or if it's not how could I remove it?

It doesn't sound like a cyst because they are usually an elevated fluid filled "pocket". Have you been in a dusty/dirty environment or any trauma? I would try to rinse your eye out with water or saline. If it still is there, I would get an appointment with an optometrist. You could go to an ophthalmologist, but they are often booked up for weeks with disease patients or surgery. Optometrists are perfectly qualified to remove foreign bodies.
the black dot on your eyelid sounds like a birthmark...
but if your eye is getting irritated, you should probably see an ophthalmologist.
ps - in case you haven't done this already...flush your eye out with water.
