You may have weakness or paralysis of your third cranial nerve. It can sometimes happen with Migraines. In that case, it may get better in a few days. But as it has never happened to you before, you should go to a doctor immediately to be evaluated, to make sure you do not have any other more serious problem, which would need treatment.

You should really got see a physician soon. I would suggest tonight. I get migraines as well but I have never had one like that.

Go to your general doctor ASAP. It's one thing to have migraines, I know - i have them, ocular ones where my right eyes black out for like 3-5 minutes, and leaves me w/ the worst migraines known to man BUT it's another to have your face all distorted. Your doc might tell you to see an opthamologist if your prescription to your glasses isn't strong enough, which may be causing the migraines. General doctor first, especially w/ your facial features gettin all wacky.
Good luck

Go 2 the eye doctor!

I hope you get better

Don't feel bad. While all migraines have the same general qualities, they can be trully unique to a person...being not everyone suffers the same symptoms. So you know symptoms may change over time and age. I suffer paralysis in my left eye accompanied with numbness and tingling from my left temple that runs down my left cheek and sometimes into the left side of my mouth. I also suffer blindness in my left eye. Any time you experience CHANGES in the way you have your migraine headaches you should at the very least notify your doctor. If you suffer migraines you should be under a doctors care even if you can not afford to take preventative medications at this time. I remember when I experienced something wrong with a migraine headache, which you know they can last 1-3 days they claim....Well I had a severe migraine that I just happened to take codiene for. I had the codiene because a month before I was in a car wreck...So I kept taking the codiene but as soon as it wore off, the horrible pain was right there, waiting for me like a monster hiding in the closet. Well I was really sick ontop of all this anyways and my mom had told me when I was young, if your headache ever changes, go to the doctor. So I threw myself in the car leaving 3 kids at home and go to the ER and well I never got to go home because when I told them what was wrong and they saw how sick I was and they took a bunch of vials of blood...they found that I barely had any white blood cells and low red blood cells..........In other words I was a few hours from dead, literally and I have the 15,000 dollar bill to this day to prove it. I can not tell you or anyone else who may read this answer how important it is to be under a doctors care for headache management even if you are broke and cant afford preventative medications. I had had migraines at that point for 14 years, and just thought oh my life is crap right now anyways of course my head is killing me. Please see a doc.

/ I agree with Kate. Go to the eye doctor, because you are left eye dominant, and it is putting a strain on your right eye so much that you are stressing.
