I don't know if this helps, but when my family went on a camping trip. My dopey cousin saw some "hot dudes" at the springs where we were going to swim later in the day. Since I was the smallest I had to share a tent with 'dopey'. When she squeezed herself into that naked looking bikini she thought was so cute, she started putting on makeup. Then she said some words that I got hit for saying, and rushed out of the tent and ran to my mom. Although I hated her and loved her at the same time, I ran out to see what she had done this time. My mom said she got an eyelash stuck in her eye and her eye watered and turned red, which was probably what made her cry. It was so hot that I talked her into diving in anyway. After about 30 minutes of diving under the water with me it came out. So maybe if you dive in a pool your eyelash will come out. I am only 15 but my profile age doesn't have a space for 15 and I had to put 18, so if you look you will know what I mean.

stop touching and rubbing it. you are probably irritating it more and more. maybe there is a little scratch or something so just leave it alone to heal or go away.

ALWAYS when you have an issue with your eyes, go to an optometrist, or emergency if it gets really bad. You can do a lot of damage by rubbing it or trying to get it out yourself.
Eye injuries can hurt like a u know what too... get the right help so it doesn't get infected.

If you're really concerned, make an appointment with your eye doctor.

I scratched the retina of my eye with a branch & saw my doctor. She noticed more than just that, my eye was starting to heal already (eyes heal quickly), but I also had scar tissue in the back of my eye. My grandmother had bad eyes (strokes, catarac & macular degeneration).
Atleast now, my doc checks for obscure things that don't usually happen to people my age.

Better to be safe than sorry. Get it checked out!

it could be a stye in the eye like a little tiny bump.
or the cornea might be scracthed.
don't rub it.
go to an eye doctor and they might prescribe you some eyedrops wtih antibiotics in them.
