Help!!! my right eye....?!
Question: My right upper eyelid has been twicthing for 4 days now and i dont know why.... when i tell someone to look at it, they say they cant see anything. it is driving me crazy. Please help? what do i do?

Apart from more sleep, more relaxing...
The twitch can be a pointer to slightly reduced potassium levels. If so, drinking fresh tomato juice or eating bananas may help stabilise the situation.
all you need to do is get 8 maybe up to 10 hours of sleep.
If you're stressed and not getting enough sleep, that can happen. If that's the case, find a way to relax and sleep more.
time to take a valium and go to bed for a day or two.
