You do need to get an Rx even though you don't need correction. They need to fit your eye properly, at least here in the US. You can get them without an Rx in Mexico but they will cost you.

You can get them all over online, but no matter what, you have to have a prescription. Even if they're not changing your vision, they have to be fitted correctly to the shape of your eye. It's the law.
