Is new Lasik treatment better for astygmatism?!

Question: I've been reading the Q & As about lasik here at Yahoo, and I also found a very informative article about the new Zyoptix process on EzineArticles and http://www.lasikeyesurgery-facts.com/ website.
I have astygmatism in my left eye only, and I wonder if the new process would be more beneficial.
I do worry that the procedure may still be relatively unproven.
Any experiences?

I had lasik with intralasik. I think it is MOST beneficial for people with astigmatism because it is so hard to correct with contacts. I had a double astigmatism in my left eye and they can even correct that now! I am THRILLED with my results!

i got PRK done a month ago. try that. it's really good. blurry vision for a week, with improvements over a month. I better than 20/20. try PRK
