O.K. no redness or swelling and no headache. So it isn't allergies or a migrain headache and it is pretty rare to have Glaucoma at your age. I am assumining that there are no other symptoms. The only thing that comes to mind is that it is possible that you may be having a sinus problem. We always think of out sinuses as being behind our cheek bones but you actually have another pair of sinuses just above the eyes. When they are clogged up (with or without a stopped up nose) it causes intense pain and pressure behind the eyeballs. Sweetie, you need to get your mom to take you to the doctor ASAP so he or she can put you on some medication to reduce the congestion which will lessen the pressure on your eyes.

It could be that you may need glasses but, that usually causes you to have headaches more than eye pain. You need to have it checked out.

Glaucoma. Maybe. They have a painless test to determine it.
Glaucoma is elevated pressure insisde your eye.
You should get it examined by an optometrist.
By the way, I just asked my dad. He's a doctor.
And is your eye red or pink? Or swelling?
He said it's weird to have eye pain.

It sounds like a migraine headache.

lt could be a very bad eye infection. why not get your eyes checked to see what lt is for sure

maybe you have a vitamin deficiency or something. my friend had the same problem when he was about 13. he watched tv and played a lot of video games. (if that had anything to do with it.)

Are you ever around a place that some one is welding when this happens to you? It sounds a lot like welders flash to me. If you happen to see the arc of a welder, when it is struck it will cause these symptoms, or even looking into some intense light, it is possible for some people to experience this even from looking a the corona of the sun. Special eye protection should be worn when around very bright lights such as these. You may not even know that you have been "flashed" at the time it occurs. Your eyes feel like they are full of sand and they water constantly. you see swimming images on the edges of your eyes, they may be various colours. The cause of this is from UV rays burning the surface of the eyes. Usually goes away in about a day, much worse at night, eyes get really sensitive. You could get flashed just walking past a shop where any type of electric welding is going on.

Yes, you need to see a doctor. It could be tension headaches...and they do make u want to pull your eye out..I'm grown and get them and I have cried at times and I'm a tough person...I have noticed recently it's always the same eye...and my sight is worse in it. Seeing my Doc Feb 1st.
