Contacts won't go in my eyes?!

Question: My contacts will not go in my eyes.. I've already changed them when I needed to a couple weeks ago... I've had contacts for about 2 months now and before, I could get them in and out easily but now I can't get them in, I have no idea what the problem is. I spend a lot of time trying to get them in when I used to be able to get them in very quickly. I get about 1 in every once in a while and then I keep blinking a couple times and it falls right out. I didn't have trouble with my contacts before this, so I don't know what the problem is. I put new solution on it everytime I try to put it in, but it will still not work. I know I don't have to change them, I already got that taken care of. If anybody could help, that'd be great.

make sure they're not inside out

put more contact water on um, and jus prss um down on your eye..

dude its so easy lol they should jus like sink in

Staple them in.

I think it helps to not blink your eyes right away when you put them on. It sounds like you're getting them off of your finger and onto your eye ball. If that's the case, when you get it on your eye, softly close your eyelid and move your eye around a bit. This gets the air bubbles out. It should stay. If not, maybe it's a defective contact? I would check it for holes or tears.

Try changing them again, sometimes you just get bad lenses, if that doesnt work contact your eye doctor.

are they going in backwards? make sure they are not inside out

You probably used to put your contacts in the solution the same side up all of the time, and then you probably needed to get new ones and didn't know which side is up and which side is down.

use glasses

1. More convenient
2. Safer
3. Easier
4. More comfortable
5. Stylish

first of all you need to be constantly wetting em, and you need to position one on your fingertip so thats it like a little cup, and you need to press it gently to your eye, let go and let it sink onto your eye, then try to blink a few times. patience is the key!<3hope that helped.xxx

Your contact is probably too wet. I have that trouble sometimes where when I blink they fold and blink out. Make sure the 'bowl', if you will, is not full before you put them in. I usually tip mine a little to drain right before inserting but right after rinsing. Also try inserting from bottom outer corner portion of eye and moving up physically with your finger still pressed to the contact until it feels locked in place. Hope that helps!

Well, I guess it's possible you may have developed astigmatism and need special lenses for that.

First thing first make sure they are not inside out , and maybe they mixed up the contact size , go to your eye doctor or wherever you bought your refill of contacts and ask them.

Are you sure they are not inside out? Hold them up to the light. Maybe they have a tear in them. Try a whole new pair or go to your eye doctor and switch brands!
