Circle Lenses?!

Question: I'm pretty sure most of you haven't heard of this, but I'm talking about circle contacts you put in your eye that makes your eyes look bigger. I'm pretty sure that it has a black ring around it, so that does the trick. So can any of you guys tell me what it is, or just anything about them? Is it safe, how much they usually are, or do you have to change them like regular contacts.. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just don't bother answering, but anyways, thanks.

im just got interested in circle lens,so far i know:
-circle lens are mostly 1 year to wear compare to daily or two weeks or three months american eye contacts lens.
-the best ones are from korea with brands such as G&G, Bescon, Geo, Dueba, Arayan, etc. i also heard another brand called Freshkon (not sure is also korean)
-usually they cost 30-something to 40 a pair but some sites have you pay per lens or you can buy them from online who get them from korea and ship it to you- to me it seems cheaper than regular contacts.
-usually circle lens have black ring, but there are even white ring to make your eyes whiter and clearer.
-circle lens is bigger in diameter like 8.6 than ur regular 8.3, so it means less oxygen for your eyes. but like regular contacts,it can also worsen your eye sight.
- the popular most people are getting is dreamy black, to make their eyes more dollly, bigger, black and shiny.
