Oh you'll get used to them and never know they are on. It will feel really funny the first couple night when you take them off and go to bed. It feels like they are still on your face! Ha! You'll be checking to make sure you took them off. I've been wearing glasses for more that a couple decades now and I prefer them over contacts. Contact lens require a lot of care and can be uncomfortable at times. I wore contacts for many years, decided to get corrective surgery which went terrible wrong and I ended up with a hole in my left eye. Now I am thankful everyday that I can put on glasses and see. When your eyesight is in jeopardy, you realize how very precious it is. Enjoy your glasses and be thankful for your vision! There are many, many stylish frames to choose from that will only compliment your already beautiful looks. Right now I have rimless glasses that are only noticeable if you look hard for them. God Bless!

i lived with glasses for 7 years now.
they are not pain for me .
actually you're not gonna notice them at all! (except of you lose them hehe)

if you are worried that you are gonna be less attractive buy glasses that has cool frames not dull big ones.

glasses are nicer than contacts because if ther's wind it will dry and your eyes will hurt

you'll get used to it someday.
the only problems with eyeglasses are that you have to carry it with you whenever you go, you have to remove it whenever others have to take your picture.. and ugh, i experience having dark circles around my eyes ever since i decided to wear these spectacles. you'll also get dizzy the first time you use it or have your lenses changed.

your doctor hasn't offered you contacts because your eyegrade is just right. you know, minor defects. unlike mine, i've got 450 here, both left and right.

and yeah, do not forget to remove them before you sleep. otherwise you wanted your glasses to be deformed in no time, or even scrape the upper part of your nosebridge.

i guess you just have to pick the frame that suits your face shape, that'll do the trick to keep you look cool and attractive. :)

well, you should get them in case for dmv or something, but if I were you, I will try my best to wear glasses as least as possible.

You will get used to it. Some people looks better with glasses on. Oh, I am serious, cross my heart.
I got a friend, who when her glasses are taken off, doesnt look attractive at all. Somehow her glasses just match her oval face.

Weird at first, but you get used to it pretty quickly. . .

You hardly notice them once you get used to them. They don't limit you much, and there's less hassle involved with contacts and you can just whip them off your face when ever you want.

Frequent glasses wearers like me even search everywhere for their glasses when they're wearing them, or go to take them off but they are off already!

Been wearing glasses now about 30 years. They become as familiar as part of your face. It may take a little while to get used to them but once you are you will barely notice them. There are so many styles, colours and options today that finding the right one may enhance your looks by bringing out your eye colour or highlighting your lovely cheek bones. You don't have to deal with dry, red, irritated eyes from contact lenses and you don't have to worry about potential eye infections from not properly cleaning the contacts. You can change your glasses every so often if you have the financial means; match your wardrobe. You can get tinted lenses, transition lenses (go darker when you go in the sun and lighten up when you come inside), UV protection on the lenses if you use the computer and anti-scratch so the lenses last you longer. I think glasses are best to start out with anyways. You can always try contacts later on. Good luck.
