Near-sighted?!

Yes. No damage is done to the other eye.

If you are noticing one eye to be seeing worse than the other, you should have an eye exam. There are many reasons for blurred vision besides nearsightedness. Some of them are serious and potentially blinding if not caught and treated early

it is possible. but i don't think there can be a huge difference between both eyes...

I dont know about the second part, but you can deffinatly have a difference between eyes. One of my eyes, for example, is 20/70 while the other is twenty-twenty. An easy way to tell if this is the same for you would just be to evaluate your everyday vision. Do fuzzy things become clear for a second, and then go back to being fuzzy? If so, your eyes are probaby imbalanced.
