My eyes always tear?!

Question: my eyes are always tearing-because of this i really cant wear makeup, which always is a stress because it runs and smudges when i wear it. i know it isn't allergies and i dont wear contacts...

the tear ducts that drain the tears away from your eyes can get clogged. Tears that would normally pass through this drain into your nose, have no where to go and run over the eyelid.

See your ophthalmologist, if you have one in town, see an oculoplastic specialist, someone who does this as a specialty.

Well, are you positive that it isn't allergies? You should have an optometrist check that if you haven't already. If it's not that, then you could have over active tear ducts, in which case, your optometrist could handle that.
