I believe green is the least common but I think that hazel is more common than blue
Hazel, blue come s in many shades.Yellow I find is not so common.
Ive got yellow eyes.... have had people tell me they looked the same as cat eyes since i was little enough to remember.... hazel is a broad spectrum color as is blue, many "common" colors fall into those areas just because you cant put yellow, purple etc on your drivers license etc..... so green, yellow, purple, gray... those are unusual colors
There are a lot of people with hazel eyes so blue is probably less common.

I have Blue Eyes so its more common, so I would have to say Hazel in my Discrimating Opinion.
