Do I have double vision (dipliopia)???!
Question: I have amblyopia. I don't know if this is double vision or not but If I look at something or read writing thats far away I stare at and and focus on it and I see 2 of the 1 picture but when I stop and look normally I don't see 2 of that picture. When I see the 2 pictures my lazy eye( left eye) stays straight and my right eye (dominant eye) turns outwards.
I can make myself see 2 of the one picture (might be double vision) whenever I want.
When you go cross eyed you see double vision but with this thing, the second image is on the other side of the normal image so its the opposite side to the cross eyed double vision.
Is this double vision (dipliopia) caused by amblyopia or what is this? Or is it just part of ambylopia?
