This question is very subjective in nature. I know many different people who like both color eyes. Some enjoy the welcoming warmth of brown eyes while other prefer the exotic look and feel of green eyes. It is very possible to have both by wearing colored contact lenses. Even if you do not need eye corrective lenses you can get non prescription colored contact lenses fitted for your eyes by an eye care practitioner allowing you to purchaseand wear colored lenses. I would suggest taking a look at it to get a better view on which is nicer to stare into (and you are not limited to just green or brown).

It is important to note that their are two different types of colored contact lenses. There are enhancers and colored lenses. The enhancers (as the name implies) enhances your natural eye color where as the colored lenses change your eye color completely. Here is a link with information on colored contact lenses.

my wifes are brown and the most beautiful ,deep , wonderful eyes to look into.
but it prolly depends on the persons face shape and skin tone wut color would look best
a mixture of both like mine are some times they have variety and mystery
